I then contacted MOO just recently 2/10/12 asking the status. Well unfortunately MOO's customer service told me they had no record of my order. I'm so disappointed. Was this a marketing scam? Did anyone else experience this? Did anyone get the same result as I and MOO has no record on your order? Someone needs to break this story because this sounds very suspicious to me if there are others. Is this a violation of the FTC because now they were able to get my personal information.
